Sigle Family Home Sales On The Rise!!

According to the lastest housing data from the florida Realtors, existing single family home sales in Florida have consistently increased over the last 14 months. State wide existing home sales were up 26 percent in October 2009 compared to October 2008, while condo sales rose 33 percent.

The $8,000 Tax Credit has helped increase sales overall and now with the extended deadline of April 30th 2010 sales are looking good for the upcoming year.
